Welcome to the PR Performance Transformation Challenge! Cash prizes are outlined below!

If you’re trying to lose fat and build muscle, this 8-week challenge is for you. It’s all about creating lasting habits and a positive change toward a healthier you!

It will not be easy, but I will provide you with the resources and support you need to get the results you're looking for. This challenge is designed to run alongside the Aesthetics training plan and the Dumbbells Only training plan in the PR Performance Training App.

The Fall challenge is currently underway but the next challenge will be in January!

Start Date: January 6th, 2025
End Date: March 2nd, 2025

How Do I Sign Up?

Step 1: If you’re not already a member, sign up for The PR Performance Training App.

Step 2: Submit your week 1 photos (front and side views) by emailing them to paul@prperformance.fit before Jan 6th!!!

And that’s it! Just like that, you’re enrolled in the challenge!

Now to be eligible for the cash prize at the end there are 2 more steps.

Step 3: Follow the workouts in the app, read my nutrition emails, and EAT HEALTHY.

Step 4: Submit your week 8 photos (front and side views) by emailing them to paul@prperformance.fit before March 2nd!!!

And that’s it! You have a shot at winning the cash prize.

How Much Does It Cost?

The only investment you have to make is in yourself. You do not have to pay an entry fee and there is no cost to participate in the transformation challenge. However, to be a PR Performance Transformation Challenge Winner, you need to follow the workouts in The PR Training App. The winner is who makes the best physical transformation. The winner's story and photos will be shared and it would be unethical to share the success stories of the winners who don’t follow PR Performance Training. Scroll back up and follow step 1.

What’s Included?

When you sign up for the challenge, you receive daily workouts, a weight loss quick start guide, weekly nutrition guidance, and me in your corner every step of the way. Lasting change takes time but an 8-week sprint with a cash prize can be the start of it!

Summary & Dates:

To enter the 8-week PR Performance Challenge, each contestant must submit 2 photos including front and side views. Your week 1 photos must be submitted via email between August 28th and September 8th. The first day of the official challenge is September 2nd so you can get an extra 5 days by submitting your photos early. If you wait until the last day to submit your photos, you’re already a week behind. All photos MUST be submitted by September 8th to be eligible to win. This is step two. At the end of 8 weeks, each contestant must send their final week progress photos showing front and side views, by 11:59 pm EST on Sunday, October 27th. This is step three. The winners will be announced by Nov. 3rd.

Rules/Tracking Progress:

Weekly progress photos every Sunday morning are encouraged to track your progress but are not required for submission. Week 1 and week 8 photos with both side and front angles are the only tracking requirements. Please try to use the same lighting and a blank background for a clear transformation assessment. The other requirement is using The PR Training App during the challenge, as stated above.

Please share your videos and pictures on social media, as it will help me follow your journey and choose the winners. All tagged posts will be shared on social media to motivate/inspire others!

  4. Healthy meals you enjoy

  5. Any healthy habits that you think will benefit someone else (meditation, sleep routine, recovery activities etc.)

If you have a friend who would like to join, please forward them this link. They can join the challenge at any time but to be eligible for the cash prize, they must submit photos before the start date. They can also join in preparation for the next challenge!

Prizes:

There will be three (3) winners for this 8-week Transformation Challenge.

The prizes are:

1st Place: $500 Cash

2nd Place: $250 Cash

3rd Place: $115 1st Phorm Gift Card

My plan is to do 4 of these a year so as each challenge grows, I will look to increase the cash prize. But remember, that the real prize is getting in shape.

Eligibility:

The challenge is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the start of the challenge. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of PR Performance, which are final and binding on all matters about the challenge. PR Performance reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the challenge. Past winners are not eligible for cash prizes.
